Only one four week session will be available
for Summer Camp 2010.
Space is limited to 18 High Schoolers.
Our Counselor-In-Training
program is for High Schoolers who would one day like to become Counselors.
At least one completed year of High School and the approval of the Camp Director
is required for enrollment. These exceptional and select youth meet with the
C.I.T. Directors daily for training in many camp areas such as caring for
campers, basic first-aid, water safety, leadership skills, and activity instruction.
When not in training sessions, C.I.T.'s select and participate in all camp
activities and are chosen to assist with many camp activities. C.I.T.'s completing
two four week sessions graduate from the program and may be invited to return
as Counselors Assistants the following summer.
