Our unique Counselor-In-Training Program is a leadership training experience for High Schoolers. At least one completed year of High School and the approval of the Camp Director is required for enrollment. These exceptional youth meet daily for training in many camp areas such as caring for campers, basic first-aid, water safety, leadership skills, and activity instruction. When not in training sessions, C.I.T.'s select and participate in all camp activities and are chosen to assist with many camp activities. C.I.T.'s completing two four week sessions graduate from the program and may be invited to return as a Counselor Assistant the following summer. Space is limited to 16 C.I.T.s
