    Summer Camp Counselor Jobs in Florida, and at Camp Frontier specifically, are a great way to spend the summer for the right person.

    Thank you for your interest in being part of our team at Camp Frontier - Florida's OverNight Adventure Summer Camp. Camp Frontier is rooted in Judeo-Christian values which are incorporated into all that we do. 

   We are blessed to have worked with many outstanding staff over more than two decades. The key to a great summer camp is a great staff: We take very seriously the selection of our team. For the right person, being part of a summer camp staff is a very rewarding experience.
 

   All staff at Camp Frontier are committed to providing a fun, safe and life-changing experience for our campers. They choose to model integrity, kindness, patience, selflessness, and team spirit. We are dedicated to creating fun-filled, positive memories for fellow staff and campers as each contributes their own personality, talents, abilities, and interests to our camp community.

   Counselors and program staff assist or lead activities and supervise campers in their assigned cabins according to camper’s age and birth gender.  Cabin have a common area and four bunkrooms each with its own bathroom. Counselors occupy one of the rooms.

   Applicants must have completed High School, be at least 18 years of age, and have previous camp experience, college, youth ministry and/or youth related work experience.
