2020 Summer Camp
So, you wanna be a Camp Counselor?
From The Camp Directors,
Thank you for your interest in being part of our team at Camp Frontier - Florida's OverNight Adventure Summer Camp.
For the right person, being part of a Summer Camp staff is a very rewarding experience. We are blessed to have worked with many outstanding staff over two decades of Summer Camp. The key to a great summer camp is a great staff: We take very seriously the selection of our team.
We assume that you are seriously looking for summer employment. With this in mind, we proceed quickly. We will be forthcoming as to your eligibility and status. Our Application Process will determine if you and Camp Frontier are a "good fit".
We want this summer to be a wonderful experience for all our staff as well as our Campers. To that, a great deal of information will be asked and shared as we go through the process. First, please review our entire website to see if our program is right for you. Then, prayerfully consider this question: Can I selflessly devote weeks to the care of kids and be a constructive part of a team of high-standard role models?
We expect a lot from our Staff: The days are long, demanding and most often exhausting. The real reward comes from seeing your Campers learn and grow. This requires that we all put ourselves last and dedicate all our efforts for our Campers. If this sounds like your calling, we welcome your employment application! If not, we wish you all the best.
~ Brian and Dianne Collar, Camp Directors
